To book a room:
1. Click on the 30 min green slot(s) in the availability grid to select a room/time. Use the horizontal scroll bar to view future dates. You can book up to 240 min (4 hours) per day, up to 7 days in advance.
2. Review your room/date/time selection by checking the information beneath the availability grid. Click "Submit Times" to confirm your selection, or click the waste bin button to remove. IMPORTANT: remove extra or unwanted slots immediately by using the waste bin/remove button. Failure to do so will make the slots "unavailable" in the grid, and a new booking for those will not be possible before a 5 min delay.
3. Click "Continue" and then login with your YukonU email and password to submit your booking. A confirmation email will be sent to your YukonU email address.
4. To cancel a submitted booking, go to the confirmation email sent to you and click the "cancel" link.
